HISTORY

AS THE CROW FLIES CARTOGRAPHY was established in 1999 by Lead Cartographer Chris Brackley. For Chris, map making was a natural extension of his work as an Outdoor Educator, where he used maps to draw connections between people and place. AS THE CROW FLIES' first maps were surveyed and drafted by hand, and although we have moved to more modern production methods, the care and attention put into those early maps is still evident in all the work we do today.
